Key Responsibilities of the Role:

As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the floor team to ensure seamless operations.

• Leading by example to deliver exceptional service in line with the brasserie’s luxury standards.

• Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Training and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and performance.

• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization on the floor.

• Assisting with scheduling, performance reviews, and team development.

• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within an upscale restaurant or fine-dining establishment.

• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

• A positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.

• Professional grooming and appearance.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
